An AI-powered practice management platform for veterinary clinics: medical records, scheduling, inventory, lab and payment integrations, and reporting — plus AI tools that turn consultations into SOAP notes and support diagnosis.

Woovet runs day-to-day operations for veterinary hospitals across the US, but the product sat on a legacy frontend that was slowing development just as new AI features were arriving.
I rebuilt the frontend on Next.js and TypeScript and delivered core practice management modules alongside the AI features: Coggo Voice, which turns clinical conversations into SOAP notes, and Coggo Assess, which supports diagnosis.
A modern, faster frontend serving 50+ veterinary hospitals, with better load times, developer experience and scalability across the whole platform.
Woovet is a cloud practice management system (PIMS) for veterinary clinics and hospitals. It covers electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, inventory, lab and payment-gateway integrations, and reports, with Woomypet giving pet owners their own patient portal.
Its AI layer, CoggoAI, sits inside those workflows: Coggo Voice listens to the consultation and drafts structured SOAP notes, Coggo Assess offers diagnostic support, and Coggo Assistant helps with everyday decisions. The marketing site explains all of it with feature pages, a resources blog, pricing plans for solo practices to hospitals, and a bookable demo.
