The Brief
Zamzam Capital researches which listed companies meet Shariah criteria. Investors needed a fast, searchable way to check that research before buying a stock, on any device.
The Approach
I built the screener in React and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS: search, sector and industry filters, and screening logic that assesses stocks across multiple compliance parameters, alongside a certification notice and a dark theme.
The Outcome
A streamlined research tool with responsive dashboards and charts that works across devices, and a direct WhatsApp line to the Zamzam team.
About the Project
The screener opens with a summary of the stocks Zamzam Capital covers, followed by the certification notice and a searchable list. Each stock card shows its compliance status, sector and industry, so investors can scan the list quickly or filter it down.
The interface was designed for Islamic investment research: clear, fast to filter, and readable in light or dark mode on phones and desktops.
